I gotta say, this is one of the best buys I've ever made! The entire experience was a total joy. I had quite a few questions, and the sales crew were super helpful. Thanks to their guidance, we’re now enjoying our Hot Tub daily! The setup was fantastic, and the tips from the installers on saving some cash were priceless. I can't recommend it enough. We got our hot tub delivered on May 18th. The installation crew was super helpful and did a great job. However, after a week, we noticed the water wasn’t as clear as it should be, no matter how we adjusted the chemicals. A buddy of ours, who recommended your tubs, came by to check it out. He mentioned he uses chlorine instead of bromine (which I was advised to use) since the water here is pretty hard. That seemed to help a bit, but it’s still not as clear as it used to be. We’ve also spotted a ring that looks like skin residue around the tub, which we clean every day. I’ve hosed down the filter, so I’m not sure if that’s typical. Other than that, we really enjoy the tub, especially the water blowers, fountain, and Bluetooth music—it makes for a super relaxing experience.

Sam was super helpful with everything I needed since it was a birthday gift for my wife. The crew delivered on schedule, and the crane service arrived right on time, placing it as near as they could for my setup. At first, I messed up the chemical balance during the initial setup, but it’s all sorted now. My wife is really thrilled with the decision I made, and we’ve already enjoyed some fantastic evenings in it. I’d definitely recommend this team to anyone in the market for a hot tub.

We're super pleased with the Moonlight hot tub. A small hiccup at first was handled swiftly and without any hassle. The team and the folks there are awesome to work with—friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. Everything's been great!

Not impressed with the jets and filters. 1) The filter had some really badly spaced folds that made it less effective, and 2) one of the jet retaining clips snapped during regular use while still under warranty. They refused to replace it for free, saying it was due to 'body contact and chemical imbalances,' which is just nonsense—definitely not 'fit for purpose'! Their after-sales support could use a bit of work.

Fantastic service and an awesome product! I had to hang tight for the delivery, but that was just due to the pandemic, not Combined Shipping. My only complaint is that you might wanna think about getting a truck with a crane. These items are super heavy, and having just two folks trying to move or lift them was a no-go. I ended up calling the farmer to help me out. A little crane for those tricky spots would really boost your delivery crew's chances of getting it to the right place.

All in all, I’d give you a solid 9 out of 10 for service, communication, support, and advice. But the delivery timing knocked you down to a 10/10.
